This is a version that gives forth blankness and discomfiture, as if the pianist hesitates how to play and never decides. Andras Schiff is not my favorite any way, but this is the first time I hear something like this, even from him. I didn’t manage to listen to more than a couple of sonatas and I’m exhausted.
